Maison Valle ships internationally and offers the following delivery options.

1. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Cost: Free
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Express Shipping

Cost: $19.98

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.

The delivery estimates above are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

2. International Shipping

Maison Valle currently offers international shipping to available destinations through our shipping network.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Before completing your order, the available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed for shipment as promptly as reasonably possible.

Delivery estimates refer to the shipping transit period and may not include time required to process an order before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

4. Tracking

Once tracking information is available, customers can use the tracking number provided by Maison Valle to follow their shipment.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after an order has been handed to the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • High shipping volumes
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options.

For U.S. orders, federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their advertised shipping time; if an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, the seller must provide appropriate delay/cancellation and refund options.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, the destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Maison Valle does not control customs processing times or the amount of any government-imposed charges.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, or the carrier before we investigate further.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, Maison Valle will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
